Medication Administration

With their physician’s approval, residents are welcome to keep and manage their own medications. For safety, medications—both prescription and over-the-counter—are kept in a secure, locked box in each resident’s room. If residents ever needs a little extra support, our nurses are here to step in and provide medication assistance with care and compassion, following Plum Creek’s policy to keep them safe and well.

Supportive Services

Our supportive services are here to give our residents the extra care they need, whether that means assistance with oxygen, special dietary accommodations, or a little more time and attention from our caring staff each day.
